The Ski Hire Manager web system provides valuable information and reporting services. There are screen shots below for the main areas in the web system.

Hire Frequency Report
Various item hire frequency information used to identify items that have been heavily or lightly hired.

Item Edit Mode
This section enables the user to alter information for a particular item. Such as:

  1. Type
  2. Model
  3. Description
  4. Size
  5. Year
  6. And much more!

View Items
From the this screen you can access all hire equipment in their respective groups and view an item's hire history and edit item information.

Item Details (Hire History)
This section is in Item Edit mode at the bottom of the screen and details the following:

  1. Total Times Hired
  2. Who Hired The Item
  3. Date Hired
  4. Date Returned
  5. Force Check-in
You can also click on a person that has hired the item to view/change their information.

Item Rental Prices
This section enables the user to alter pricing for items and grouped items. These changes will be instantly reflected upon throughout the entire system.

Item Rental Prices, Edit Mode
Once the user clicks an item or item grouping in the Item Rental Prices section it brings up this edit screen. Here the user can change item's rental rates.

Overdue Items Report
This section displays a list of any over due items. Details include:

  1. Who Hired It
  2. Item Type
  3. Date The Hire Started
  4. Days The Person Hired It For
  5. Date Hire Should Have Finished

Customer List
This section displays cutomer information for all customers in the system. Information includes:

  1. Hires For The Current Day
  2. Hires For The Past 7 Days
  3. All Hires

Customer Edit Mode
Customer Edit Mode allows you to view and change customer information, such as:

  1. Name
  2. Age
  3. Address
  4. Contact
This screen also displays any items currently on hire and items that have been returned by this person.
